Q. Which day of the week will I get my menus?
A. Each Thursday, you will receive an email from RELISH! with a quick link back to the site. Thursday gives you plenty of time to shop over the weekend and get ready for a week of organized cooking. Of course, you can log into your account at anytime!
Q. How do I access the mobile app?
A. Coming soon! At the moment, to utilize the site on your mobile device, just use the browser on your device and you will see the site formatted to your device. Works great and you have the same functionality as the desktop version.
Q. There are only two of us, do the recipes scale down?
A. The recipes can scale from 2, 4, 6 or 8. And the grocery list is translated to the smaller portions too.
Q. I’m a vegetarian, will this work for me?
A. We offer four vegetarian menus (including sides) each week. If you need more, you can easily search our extensive database for more!
Q. I’m need gluten free meals, will this work for me?
A. Yes! We offer weekly gluten free and dairy free options and we specialize in gluten free kid-friendly recipes! Look for the Gfree section on the weekly menu page.
Q. My kids are picky eaters. Can you help?
A. Our recipes certainly don’t fall into the nugget, hot dog trap, but we do offer a selection of kid-tested, kid-friendly dinners and side dishes. Our goal is to teach children to become experimental with different tastes so make sure to mix in something new once a week.
Q. How does the shopping list work?
A. Each week you’ll get a shopping list with your menu. It’s categorized by the grocery store departments and makes getting in and out of the grocery store a breeze. No more impulse shopping or wasted produce! Just print it our or email it to yourself, and you’re good to go! Better yet, view it on your mobile device for the ultimate convenience.
Q. Can I send RELISH! as a gift?
A. Not quite yet. We’re working on this feature and hope to have that in place soon.
Q. Do you include nutrition with your meals?
A. Yes! We include a complete breakdown of nutrition including; calories, protein, sodium, total fat, saturated fat, carbs, cholesterol and fiber.
