Sizzling Garlic and Citrus Shrimp with French Bread
1 pound large shrimp in the shell
1/2 cup butter melted
1/3 cup lime juice
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
6 garlic clove(s) finely chopped
1/8 teaspoon coarse salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 loaf French bread
1 whole lemon(s), cut into wedges
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
 Wrap the bread in foil and heat in the oven.
 Peel and devein the shrimp but leave the tails intact.
 Arrange the shrimp in a layer on a large shallow baking dish. Combine the butter, lime juice, lemon juice, orange juice, cilantro, garlic, salt and cayenne pepper in a bowl and mix well. Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp.
 Remove the bread and heat the broiler. Broil the shrimp for 8 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink, turning once or twice.
 Serve with the French bread and lemon wedges.
Broccoli with Brown Butter
1 medium bunch broccoli
2 tablespoons butter
 Cut the broccoli into florets. Place a steamer basket into a large saucepan with 2-3 inches of water. Add broccoli and steam until crisp-tender. Drain in a colander.
 In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat until foamy. When foam subsides watch carefully and when the butter is fragrant, nutty and browned, spoon over the broccoli and serve.
