Roasted Ham with Honey Glaze
3 pounds precooked ham
1 cup water
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup spicy mustard (can sub dijon mustard)
1/4 teaspoon allspice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
 Place ham on rack in small roasting pan. Pour water into roaster; cover tightly with aluminum foil. Roast 15 minutes.
 Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium low heat, whisk together honey, mustard and allspice; heat until warm. Set glaze aside.
 Uncover ham; brush generously with glaze. Continue roasting, uncovered, until ham is warmed through, about 30 minutes more, brushing with glaze every 15 minutes.
Mashed Sweet Potatoes
4 medium sweet potatoes peeled and cut into large pieces
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter softened
coarse salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
 Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
 Drain well and return to saucepan. Mash with manual potato masher, gradually adding milk to achieve desired consistency. Add butter, salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
