Vegetarian Lower Calorie Kid Friendly
4 large eggs
4 large eggs whites only
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats, quick cooking uncooked
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup flax seeds
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced
1/2 cup maple syrup
 Combine eggs, egg whites, cottage cheese, oats, wheat germ, flax seeds, baking powder, oil and cinnamon and lightly blend with a mixer. Heat griddle or large skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Ladle mixture by 1/4 cup-ful and cook until both sides are browned.
 Top pancakes with strawberries and drizzle with syrup and serve.
