Gourmet Pigs in a Duvet
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup yellow mustard
4 gourmet hot dogs (all natural)
2 large eggs whites only
1 8-count package refrigerated crescent rolls
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
 Place breadcrumbs on a plate. Set aside. Beat egg whites lightly and pour onto a separate plate.
 Unroll dough. Working with 2 portions at a time, pinch perforations to seal. On a work surface sprinkled with a little flour, roll dough into a rectangle.
 Spread a little mustard over rectangle. Place 1 hot dog on rectangle and sprinkle with cheese. Fold ends in first and wrap dough around hot dog, sealing the edges. Repeat procedure with remaining dough, mustard, cheese and hot dogs.
 Roll each hot dog in egg whites; roll in breadcrumbs. Place hot dogs on baking sheet and bake until golden brown, 20 minutes.
Broccoli with Herb Butter
1 medium bunch broccoli ends and tough stalks trimmed
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
 Place broccoli in a steamer basket or in a saucepan with enough water to cover. Cook covered over medium heat until crisp-tender, about 6-7 minutes. Drain well and immediately run under very cold water; return to pan or transfer to serving dish.
 In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter, basil, marjoram and thyme, and heat in the microwave until butter is melted. Pour over broccoli and toss until coated. Serve immediately.
