Ingredients
  1. SUN-DRIED TOMATO BUTTER
  2. 2 tablespoons butter
  3. 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes (not oil packed) minced
  4. 1 tablespoon fresh basil
  5. 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. STEAK
  8. 4 beef tenderloin filets (4-ounces each)
Instructions
  1. Preheat grill to medium heat
  2. To make butter, in a small bowl, mash together butter, tomatoes, basil and garlic until blended. Season with salt. Mound butter mixture onto plastic wrap and roll it around the butter, forming a tight cylinder. Chill until firm.
  3. Grill steaks, covered for 812 minutes, turning once for medium-rare; cook longer, if desired. Tent with foil, and rest 5 minutes. Serve steaks topped with sun-dried tomato butter.
