Ingredients
  1. 1 1/4 pounds pork tenderloin
  2. 1/2 cup ketchup
  3. 1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
  4. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  5. 2 tablespoons lime juice
  6. 1/2 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  7. 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
Instructions
  1. Place pork in a large ziptop bag set in a shallow dish; set aside.
  2. For marinade, in a small bowl combine the ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, ginger, and garlic. Remove half of the mixture to a small bowl; cover and chill until needed. Pour remaining mixture over pork; seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 4-8 hours, turning bag occasionally.
  3. Drain pork, reserving marinade. Heat grill to medium heat or heat the broiler. Grill (or broil) for 20-25 minutes. Remove pork and cover with foil; let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
  4. Meanwhile, place reserved sauce mixture in a small saucepan; heat through to a rolling boil for 2 minutes. Pass sauce with pork.
