Ingredients
  1. 2 cups strawberries, rinsed, hulled and sliced
  2. 1/4 cup sugar
  3. 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  4. 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  5. 1 10-ounce package prepared crepes
  6. 3/4 cup frozen whipped topping
Instructions
  1. Reserve half of the strawberries. In a small bowl, combine remaining strawberries and sugar; refrigerate to chill thoroughly. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and well blended. Stir in reserved strawberries.
  2. Spread about 1 tablespoon strawberry and cream cheese mixture over each crepe. Roll up. Serve topped with the chilled sweetened strawberries and whipped topping.
